Dreyas began with a single family home in Oran Park in 2016. A decade on, the same two people run every project — from site acquisition and deal structure through design, approvals, construction and sale. Today that's seven projects in motion, more than 30 dwellings in delivery, and a $14M+ pipeline — still with one point of contact for every partner we work with.

Abraham drives the deals: sourcing the right sites (including the difficult ones others walk past), structuring acquisitions, coordinating builders, consultants and council, and steering every project from contract to settlement. He built the Dreyas model project by project — from a first home in Oran Park to multi-dwelling developments across two regions.

Vicky has been co-principal on every Dreyas project since the beginning — from Bradbury and Oran Park through to today's pipeline. Her focus is the product itself: design selections, finishes and the buyer experience, making sure every completed home feels curated rather than built to a formula.
