This website is run by Dreyas Property Partners Pty Ltd (ABN 20 695 588 295), a residential property development business in New South Wales. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Dreyas Property Partners Pty Ltd.
We only collect personal information you choose to give us. When you send the contact or partner enquiry form on this website, we receive your name, phone number, email address, your message and any details you add about a site. If you email or call us, we also keep what you include in that correspondence.
We use it to reply to you about the sites, lots and projects you ask about, and to keep a record of our dealings with you. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Enquiry form submissions are stored by Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this website, and arrive in our Google Workspace email. These providers may hold information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. Access is limited to the people in our business who need it. We share personal information only where needed for work you have asked us to do, for example with a surveyor, builder or conveyancer on a project you are involved in, or where the law requires it.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@dreyaspropertypartners.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
