Dreyas Property Partners is a trading name of Dreyas Holdings Pty Ltd, a residential property development business operating in New South Wales, Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Dreyas Holdings Pty Ltd.
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. In practice this means:
We do not collect sensitive information, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, to discuss a potential landowner partnership or project, and to keep records of our dealings with you. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
We share personal information only where it is necessary to progress work you have asked us to do — for example with our surveyors, builders, planners, conveyancers or brokers on a project you are involved in — or where we are required to by law. Our website is hosted by Netlify and our email is provided by Google Workspace; both process data on our behalf.
We use software tools to help manage our own business correspondence and administration, including tools that read our own email accounts to organise our internal task lists. These tools operate on our mailboxes under our own credentials, are used only for our internal administration, and are not used to build profiles of the people who contact us or to share their information with anyone else.
Information is held in reputable cloud services with access limited to the people in our business who need it. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
